Step-by-Step Guide to Dent Removal

Step 1: Start by cleaning the surface of the dent thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion.

Step 2: Prepare the glue gun by inserting glue sticks and connecting it to a power source. Allow it to preheat for 5-10 minutes. Note that the glue gun has a switch on its handle; please turn it on to begin the heating process. The glue is ready to use when it flows out smoothly after 5-8 minutes of heating.

Step 3: Select the appropriate Glue Puller Tab based on the size of the dent. Apply the heated glue to the Puller Tab, then position the tab at the center of the dent. Press down firmly and hold the tab in place until it adheres well.

Step 4: Allow the glue to cool for about 5-8 minutes. It’s important to limit the cooling time to under 10 minutes, especially in winter, where a shorter cooling period may be effective. Keep in mind that glue sticks perform optimally in temperatures between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. In colder conditions below 0 degrees, the hot melt glue may solidify rapidly. If this occurs, simply warm the area with a hairdryer prior to applying the product.

Step 5: Once the glue has cooled, utilize a golden dent lifter or bridge puller to align and gently pull up the dent. Repeat the previous steps as necessary until the dent is completely removed.

Step 6: After you are satisfied with the results, use alcohol to clean any residual glue from the car and the Puller Tabs.
